TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Welcome to ROCKETCARS! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our car rental services in Marrakech. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Rental Requirements
The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
A valid passport or national ID is required for verification.
A security deposit is required and must be paid before the rental begins.
3. Booking and Payment
Reservations can be made online, via phone, or in person.
Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Prices include rental fees, basic insurance, and applicable taxes. Additional services may incur extra charges.
4. Vehicle Use and Restrictions
The rented vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes.
Off-road driving, racing, towing, or subleasing the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received.
Smoking and transporting illegal goods in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
5. Insurance and Liability
Basic insurance is included, covering third-party liability.
The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately notify ROCKETCARS and provide a police report.
6. Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of rental.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply.
7. Late Returns and Extensions
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup.
Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a partial or full charge.
No-shows are non-refundable.
9. Roadside Assistance
24/7 roadside assistance is available for emergencies.
Mechanical failures are covered, but issues caused by negligence (e.g., lost keys, running out of fuel) may incur extra charges.
10. Termination of Rental
ROCKETCARS reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the renter violates any terms.
In case of reckless driving or illegal activities, the vehicle may be repossessed without a refund.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Marrakech.
